Spacious grassy slopes for take-off halfway up and at the summit. Easy launch and often fairly thermic in summer with cycles flowing up the south face. There is a landing space below the cable of the Buissons-Chamois cable car but it is for expert pilots only. The official landing zones are at Antey-Saint-Andre, or Maen sports centers and easy access. Watch out for the power lines in the valley. From Aosta follow Breuil-Cervinia, at Buissons take the cable car to Chamois and the local ski resort lifts to the summit.
Don't fly with strong west wind or Foehn. Watch the winds in the Valley D'Aosta. There is a risk of over development in the region.
