Morningside is a flight park that has existed since 1974. It is an excellent training facility with good instruction and an even mix of HG and PG. Huge LZ and training hill and a 450 ft launch good for transitioning into mountain flying. Great site to work on take-offs and approaches. Ridge is soarable with a west wind and thermals happen frequently allowing some XC potential. Camping on site and a full flight shop, tandem HG and USHPA instructors for HG and PG 7 days a week
Full service flight park with large west facing training hill, 150 ft 250 ft & 450 ft launches via ATV access to ridge soaring and thermals. Exit 7 off interstate 91 in Vermont, go over bridge into New Hampshire and take rte 12 north about 5miles. Park is on the right. From Boston take I-93 to I-89 to I-91. 2.5 hours From NYC take I-95 to I-91 North 4.5 hours na. na.
