How to Create an Alert

Creating an site alert is straight forward, you simply need to specify a few parameters and we'll do the rest. We'll check the weather for you throughout the day and letting you know when conditions fit your parameters.

Quick Start

1. Find a site that you would like to monitor.
2. Look for the "Alert" section (just under the 6 day site forecast) and click the "Create" button.
3. Specify the parameters of your alert and hit save.
4. That's it, you're done!

Alert Parameters

Alerts require at least 3 valid conditions before an event will be triggers, these are specified by the parameters you set which are

• Alert Conditions - These are the weather conditions you would like us to monitor
  • Wind Direction
  • Wind Speed
  • Weather Condition
• Active Days
• Delivery Method

Why isn't my Alert active?

If alert criteria isn't valid for at least one of the conditions above (ie, no days of the week or delivery method is selected) then your alerts will be disabled until valid alert conditions are specified.

My Alerts are active but I'm not receiving anything?

Check that your notification settings aren't disabling alerts on your profile page. You can view when the last alert was sent to you at anytime from the site page.
