Nice site with great potential to fly along the mountains like Ragola for a nice XC. Landing in the valley below Volpara difficult due to forests and power lines. Easy to find lift on the right of the takeoff.

Flying Information

Passo del Chiodo close to Passo del Tomarlo, Santo Stefano d'Aveto Easy to reach by car. The takeoff is a nice grassy field directly next to the road. Landing field close to Take off, useful for a safe landing if you can't catch the first lift. Next to the village of Volpara there are different grassy fields that can be used for landing.
