Amazing view of the Loarre's castle. When the conditions are good a thermal goes just above the castle providing spectacular views. Also great XC posibilities across all the mountain range going W-E. To the west to the spectacular 'mallos de riglos' conglomerate rock formations, and to the east towards Guara.

S , SW (1275 m agl) There's a forest trail/broken road turning to the left just before arriving to the castle. It can be done with a normal car without problems but avoiding the holes on the pavement. On the fields near to the Loarre castle. On the fields near ( 820 m agl) to the camping there are two fields , one small and a bigger one near to kids playground. Both landings zones are next to the road that takes you to the Takeoff. There's also the possibility to land on the field near the top which is quite big. So it makes an unusually easy top-landing spot. But for that some ascendency is needed to go above the takeoff. From Huesca , take A-132 to Ayerbe, passing Esqueda gas station turn right to A-1206 to Loarre, near Loarre take right to Loarre`s castle , when you arrive to the flat lands in front the castle, turn left uphill , the road take ypu to the take off. na. na.

Not possible to flight when wind is N. Inspect landing zone first. It's a little bit small. But there are bigger fields around to choose. (Care has to be taken not to damage the crops). There's quite a number of power lines. So it's good to keep an eye on them, specially below the castle.
